Meet the Team
Nate Gagliano – Co-Owner
I’ve been in the HVAC business for just over 25 years and have worked in service, installation, sales, project management and programming of building automation systems. I enjoy spending my free time with whitewater kayaking, skiing, biking, camping and all the other great things that Colorado and the surrounding states have to offer. I was born and raised in Buffalo, WY by two amazing teachers that taught me the value of working and playing hard.
Justin Howard – Co-Owner
With over 20 years of dedicated experience in the HVAC industry, I bring a comprehensive skillset and a passion for delivering efficient and reliable climate solutions. My expertise extends beyond traditional HVAC systems to include a strong understanding of Building Automation Systems (BAS), ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. I am committed to providing high-quality service across all aspects of HVAC. Outside of my professional endeavors, I cherish time spent with my wife and two daughters and enjoy unwinding on the golf course, exploring new destinations through travel, and connecting with nature through camping.
Brett Foreman – Service Manager
Over 20 years ago, I began my career with a small, family-owned mechanical company. Our focus was primarily on commercial and restaurant clients, handling installation, service, repair and system design. I met my wife of 14 years and moved to San Jose, CA. The Bay Area extended my expertise in industrial and heavy commercial refrigeration and controls. I gained valuable experience working on large rack refrigeration systems, including meat processing plants and large food distribution centers. I later served as the service manager at two different companies where I grew their service departments by emphasizing on technical excellence and integrity. Through friends I was introduced to NOCO Commercial and was immediately drawn to the family owned atmosphere where I started my career. I continue to enjoy the dynamic challenges of HVAC/R and remain committed to staying at the forefront of evolving technologies and techniques to deliver exceptional service to our customers. Sharing my knowledge and mentoring the next generation of technicians is a true passion of mine. I’m dedicated to helping NOCO Commercial become a leader in our region. In my spare time I enjoy sharing my hobbies with my daughter, including fly fishing, remote control airplanes and high-powered rockets.
